At Refreshments, our technical support group is the backbone of our vending business.

Our technical group, consisting of a service manager, two full-time dispatchers, 13 service technicians, and two delivery and installation technicians, is totally dedicated to making sure that your equipment functions smoothly for your team. Our goal is to respond to all calls on a same-day basis. Even on nights and weekends, we can provide service for emergency calls.

Service calls are dispatched from our offices in Corinth. From there, technical service is responsible for repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of over 2,000 pieces of equipment at hundreds of our locations. Refreshments carries an extensive parts inventory that enables us to make most repairs on location on a same-day basis.

When you work with Refreshments, your account is assigned to one of our many trained route people for stocking. Telemetry devices in each machine tell us when service is needed, what product is needed, and how much money is expected from the machine, so your account gets credit for all the sales.
